I’m a personal trainer and nerd, dedicated to helping other introverted and neurodivergent people’s Fitness
I started my journey having lost significant weight in my twenties, going from fat to fit, I wanted to help others who perhaps find the gym an intimidating place, or struggle with time outside of their work and hobbies for fitness.
I’m into Warhammer, Dungeons and Dragons, Video games and Science Fiction and Fantasy media, and one of my favourite things is nerding out with clients during training!
Do you have to be a nerd to train with me? Not at all:
I’ve extensive experience with science backed training, and confidently coach both beginners AND intermediates looking to improve their training, physique and push through plateaus!
I also have over 8 years of experience training people from a wide variety of ages, backgrounds and genders
